I work at the point where a product’s hardest human questions become technical decisions. My job is to create a coherent model from ambiguity: define the boundaries, identify the risks, choose what must be durable, and sequence the rest around learning.
My perspective spans enterprise software, digital health leadership, and founder-led platforms. I have built inside organizations where trust and scale are non-negotiable, and at the earliest stage where ownership means moving between product design, architecture, implementation, and operations without losing the thread.
AI is now central to that work. I design it as part of a larger human system—one that makes context useful, preserves judgment, and fails in ways people can understand.

Scale taught me to value the invisible work.
Across Intuit TurboTax, Verizon, WebMD, and Redapple, I learned that architecture is as much about stewardship as invention. Reliable releases, operational visibility, understandable ownership, responsible data handling, and systems that teams can safely change are not supporting concerns. They are the product at scale.

Architecture reduces complexity. Technology serves product. AI amplifies human judgment. Simple systems outperform complicated systems. Software should accept the present reality and be built toward an imaginative better reality.
